The Kick-off event is scheduled for March 10-11, 2025, in Zurich. 

Get ready to connect with peer colleagues from diverse academic backgrounds across all Swiss universities and learn more about the program and its collaborators, leadership trainers, professional coaches, and EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) experts.

Event highlight:  "Empowering Women Professors for Higher Education Institutional Leadership Roles", workshop led by Prof. Marianne Schmid Mast, Full Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Dean of the HEC Lausanne Business School at the University of Lausanne.
